RECORD CARE

Browse how legal records work

Legal care is not only text at the footer. We keep records that support account checks, withdrawals, cookie choices, device sessions, and dispute handling.

Account identity

Identity checks are tied to the account details you submit, not to public profile guessing. If your name, mobile number, or UPI handle changes, ask us to update the record before a withdrawal check.

Cookie choices

Session cookies keep your login and legal preference choices working. Analytics cookies are separated from account records where we can separate them, and you can ask what categories are active for your device.

Device access

We record login device signals, IP region, and failed access attempts to protect your account and to document legal disputes. You can ask us to close old sessions after we verify control.

Retention period

Retention rules keep payment receipts, account checks, and dispute files only for the time needed under legal, tax, fraud, and accounting reasons. After that, deletion or anonymisation is scheduled.

Change requests

You can request correction of spelling mistakes, mobile number updates, or duplicated account data. We may keep an audit record of the change so a later dispute can be traced.

Security contact

Send security or legal-risk messages through the account help form rather than public social replies. Include screenshots only when needed, and hide unrelated UPI details before you attach them there.

Discover legal answers before joining

Before you join, read these legal answers as part of your account decision. They explain what we collect, why checks happen, how payment records are handled, and how you can request changes. They also cover local-law access, so you know that account availability depends on where you are and what your local rules allow.

You may open an account only if local law permits access in your location and you can complete our checks. If access is restricted where you are, we may decline or close the account.

We collect account details, login records, device signals, payment references, cookie choices, and support messages needed to run the account, handle disputes, and meet legal or tax record duties.

We use those records to match deposits, verify withdrawals, trace failed transactions, and respond to disputes. We do not ask for your UPI PIN, Paytm passcode, or PhonePe app password.

Yes. Send the request from your registered contact channel and state the exact data that needs correction. We may ask for proof before changing names, mobile numbers, payment IDs, or address records.

You can ask for deletion, and we will assess what can be removed. Some records may be kept for legal, tax, fraud, accounting, or dispute reasons until the retention period ends.

Cookies help keep your session, consent choices, and account safety checks working. You can ask which cookie categories are active, and we will explain how to change choices where the browser allows.

Use the contact path shown on this page or the address inside your account help area. Include your registered mobile number, account email, subject, dates, and any UPI or wallet reference IDs.
